In The Meadow Poem by Jade Buehler

In The Meadow

Rating: 3.5

The drops of dew
Settle on the grass;
All of the animals
Hope that summer will last;
The birds are in the trees
Singing their songs;
And the bees are buzzing
As the day moves along.
The children come out
And play all day;
And then the owls come out
And hoot all night;
And the dews
Settle on the grass again.
