Hit me with your best shot,
I'll take it in my stride.
I've been a victim for too long,
But now I'll show my pride.
I used to cower in your presence,
Afraid of your every move.
But I've found my inner strength,
And I've got nothing left to prove.
You thought you could break me,
With your words and your fists.
But I've learned to stand tall,
And resist your toxic twists.
You tried to put me in my place,
With every punch and blow.
But I won't be silenced anymore,
I've got fire in my soul.
I'll rise up from the ashes,
With every bruise and scar.
I'll come back with my fists clinched tight,
And show you who you are.
I won't back down or run away,
I'll face you head on.
I'll defend myself with all I've got,
Until this battle is won.
So hit me with your best shot,
I'll take it all in stride.
But know that I won't be defeated,
I'll keep fighting with all my might.
You may knock me to the floor,
With your power and your might.
But I'll get up and come back stronger,
With a determination burning bright.
Now I stand tall and proud,
A survivor of your abuse.
I've broken free from your grasp,
And my spirit I will never lose.
So hit me with your best shot,
But know that I will never fall.
For I am a warrior, a fighter,
And I'll rise above it all.
