There is no failed relationships
only affairs of the heart.
Today everyone
is so deseperate
to be with anyone
just not to be alone.
These are affairs of the heart.

The intense moments,
the wanting,
the needing,
the feeling of someone near.
Oh so many times
these moments
are mistaken for love.

Affairs of heart
fill a need
and when the need
is filled
and the moment is gone
Its time to move on.

There is no true love,
but only affairs of the heart.
