Your Shadow
In the blazing sunlight
Of a purple noon
He saw your shadow
Walking silently with light feet
On the green meadow
Long days had gone
Nobody cast an imprint
On your dry and wan lips
A black line was there
Just beneath your eyes
Exposing your fatigue
Your look was miserable
Like a hungry deer
In the edge of green forest
Your heart was pounding
In an unknown fear
Beneath your swelled bosom
The lover boy waited
Thousand years
Under the shade of a tree
He went to the brothel
Rummaging an image
Very like that of your shadow
It was a tough fight
For the lover-boy
Between heart and blood
Heart lost the battle
In a very queer way
Leaving you in tears flood.
