Your Love Was Real Poem by Wendy Gomez

Your Love Was Real

We're all gone with the sin
Infecting innocence with our lies
My smile is a razorblade grin
Odd and wrong is where I fit where my heart dies

If I wasn't just someone like me would you give me a chance?
If my forbidden kiss wouldn't kill you?
My state of mind beacause of you is in a trance
These feelings I have for you grew

Why do you keep lieying?
I know you still love me
If you told the truth I would stop crying
Unlock this dungeon of my heart let me be free!

Are you waiting for my heart to stop? To let me die of a broken heart?
I know it's not over yet so please just end this suffering
Kill this organ, end this blood pumping part! !
Dedication was one of the many things you forgot about love what more can you do? what more can you bring?

If once you loved me then please I beg end my life
You broke my heart if not in pieces then in half so I could cut the rest with the edge
My final breath has ended my common sense is gone
I am hysterical from all those stabs in the back

Those words weren't fake
Only I know the truth about how you felt
Our souls once became one and I reunited with this love lost that was once so strong and ended with a bloody lake
I was the flame and you we're the candle and in careless unplanned love we melt

This cut will never heal but your love was real.
