Your Light Poem by Sara Turner

Your Light

If I could reach out and touch a moment in time,
I’d reach out and touch you
If I could recall any voice or whisper
I’d recall the sound of you singing
If I could be anywhere in the world
I’d be with you
But time has taken you away
Out of reach… just stars in the sky
And one day I’ll shine there with you
Darkness surrounds but your light remains
