Your Forever Caring Friend Poem by Darren Heart

Your Forever Caring Friend

I see through your mask,
At the demons locked inside,
The man behind the curtain,
Just like Oz, you choose to hide

But darkest secrets,
Make a person who they are,
Some inner knocks are beauty,
As we grow with every scar.

Each secret you share,
Brings me closer to you still,
Always try to understand,
And relate to how you feel.

No sweat to listen,
You can have my ear to bend,
Reach out to me, night or day,
Your forever caring friend.
