Your Eyes Poem by Sara Javed

Your Eyes

Rating: 5.0

Your eyes so deep, I drown in them.
They pull me into themselves,
your brown orbs, just like the murky water,
As I struggle to swim up,
but an entity pulls me down,
i thrash, flailing my arms and legs,
Desperate.
Bubbles rise from my throat,
as the murky waters pound against my lungs.
My eyes close, slowly,
and life ebbs away from my fragile body.
Your eyes- they killed me, my love.
I drown into their utmost death,
And who says, love doesn't kill?
