Your Anger Poem by Murphy Payne

Your Anger

Rating: 5.0

I woke up this morning
From holding you all night
As I stroked your hair
You let go a sigh

You did not respond
Neither verbally or physically
I felt your sadness
I felt your anger towards me

Remember our promise to each other
To talk and discuss our differences
Think of our love which means more
Than any petty dispute we may have

I thought about how lucky I am
To have you in my life
And to have all the happiness we share
Is more than words can express or explain
So I shall keep on loving you
Over and over again
