You'Re Arrogant Poem by Paul Day

You'Re Arrogant

You put yourself in the center of it all.
You believe everyone’s either out to hurt or help you.
It’s going to be your inevitable downfall.
You’re shut down to any other point of view.

You get angry if there’s a chance you could be wrong.
You take everything as a personal attack.
The same thing has happened over and over for so long.
If only someone could bring you back.

You’re arrogant.
You dub others what you ought to dub yourself.
Those words you called me bring you no desire to repent?
Well that says enough about you in itself.
