You Poem by Esther Melbourne

You

I lay alone
Swollowed
by mountains of pillows
either side
wraped up in cosy
Feathered duvets
Daydreaming
my gaze up
Thoughts drift
Gently
Landing onto
You
Slowly
I close my eyes
then begin to visualize
Gods creation
Created in his own image Man
Perfectly made
Your smile
Your face
As bright

As the sun rise
Bursting through morning clouds
Your eyes glisten
Your physical being far
But
Our connection holds your presence
Close
Close
I feel you
From within my core
This sensation
Captures me
Vibrating
Stimulating
My soul
No other has shown
Such
Likeness to my imaginings
Of a soul mate
You
You
Traces of your cologne

Linger in essence
Sweetly
Polluting my room
Eyes still closed
Displays
Of your
Royal
Esuqe
Unique
Draws
Me into
You
Melting
I became in love
Reaching
Highs
Breaking in your existence
We stroll
Hand in hand
Forming our union
Together

You and I
Forever
This is
You...
