Keep up some thoughts for yourself
And walk toward the heaven,
Truly The Indian Yoga and Pranayama will guide you
The sage told that great view in a village,
But the mob still whispered there
Then a king entered the village

The sage told that great view to him
The king wondered
And tried to learn this
The mob wondered
Then they also tried to learn Yoga and Pranayama,
After some days
A common man told another common man
Keep up ten minutes
From your busy days
For Bharatiya Yoga and Pranayama
And make your body and mind
A powerful tool
And try to understand first - who are you?
