Xv: The Coronation Of Mary Poem by John Bannister Tabb

Xv: The Coronation Of Mary

Thee, Mother-Queen of Heaven,
He crowned,
And not for love alone;
For in thy bosom first
He found
The life-spring of His own.

There appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun,
and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.
