Wisdom's Worth? Poem by Tom Zart

Wisdom's Worth?

For too long I was selfish, reckless and cruel
Refusing to regret my actions as a fool.
A voice from Heaven transformed my soul
Since then tell now sharing love as my goal.

Blessed by my children and the treasures of life
Blessed by income, hard work and a wife.
Blessed by faith to combat what's wrong
Blessed by grace, worship and song.

God sent His best down to Earth
With words of wisdom and of worth.
That they might touch the souls of all
And bring them back to heed His call.
