Winter Weather Warning Poem by Bill Galvin

Winter Weather Warning

Weather lead story;
Hyperbole abounding;
Excitement torques up;
Bombogenesis likely;
Remember Snowmageddon?

Storm-Team coverage;
Hardware and food stocks empty;
Show bare market shelves;
Blizzard gusts over fifty;
Deep Arctic cold to follow.

Flakes have yet to fall;
"We'll weather this together."
Some sane interviews;
Calm and confident people;
"We've been through all this before."
