Winter Is A Deep Place In The Heart Poem by Dorsey Baker

Winter Is A Deep Place In The Heart

Very dark clouds this morning
Skies full of gloom
Darkness stalks my lonely room
Ghost come visit
In disguise
Leap just like bullfrogs
As they dance a tango
Right before our
Very eyes
The winter weather
It meddles your comfort zone
When it becomes a freeze
Hard as bone
