God desires we faithfully love and seek Him
To pray and discover His Divine Will.
The wicked and the selfish never find peace
For they depend on self to provide and fulfill.


Trusting Jesus has control over everything
Including the outcome of those who deceive.
Helps us resist the actions of evil
Defeating temptation by how we believe.

As you rise to the dawn of each day
Do you consider God’s plans for you?
Do you make a choice to depend on Him
For the blessings of life to pursue?

God sees everything we love, need and desire
He cares too much to let us get away with sin.
We must live our lives in total submission
And by watching His blessings, we begin!

God is the lamp that worms my heart
And lights my pathway to follow
If we refuse to believe that He Is King
We remain wicked, selfish, lost and shallow.
