Who Needs Rains In Heaven? Poem by G. Akanji Olaniyi

Who Needs Rains In Heaven?

Rating: 5.0

There is plenty of everything
And I am in no need of anything
Luxury is the name to classify
Enjoyment is even little to dignify
Whatever I want; surely I will get
You must be salivating now; I can bet
My kingdom is endowed with surplus
It is not big; it is like a mini campus
Heaven on earth!
Devoid of the nature of a hearth
Peace and tranquility
Just a little of those that oil the sanctity
What everybody dreams of
And, you have heard of
So, who needs rains in heaven?
In my heaven!
I do not plan to farm
I, even, do not have to farm
My heaven is here
I will never take there
It is in my head
And never known to Fred! ! !
