Who decides?
whether the verdict of court
is always right,
who decides?
between right and wrong,
criteria of being strong;
who decides
the definition of;
the elegant women
and the perfect gentlemen,
who decides?
whether
the world's scenario
goes right,
who decides?
the result for major fights
who decides? who decides?

IIt depends upon the circumstances and mindset that making the judgement in between right and wrong things and the question is relevant while it making into a poem and it is well written.
