Sometimes you may see me
other times not
Like a shadow in the night
dark, mysterious

Other times like a storm
helpful in the end
That makes flowers bloom
and birds sing songs again

Maybe like a cloud
drifting along
Observing from a distance
the people around

Simple at a distance
Complex at close
Like a friendly neighbor
helpful when needed

Always like a bird
Always wanting to fly
Always among the hidden
Always, forever, me
