Where The Moonflowers Grow Poem by Jade Hymora

Where The Moonflowers Grow

Rating: 4.0

I wish to grow closer to the darkness that only we know
In it’s shelter is where our love blossoms
Things that only the eternal night may know

It is in the night that we do often meet
Two ships in the night
As lovers we greet

In secret in silence
So no others may know
We often do meet
Where the moonflowers grow

Together we share what no others may know
They go to the ends of the earth
To know as we know

It is in the night that we often do go
To the beautiful lake …
Where the moonflowers grow

From the heavens on high
To the deep depths below
There isn’t a place
For you I would not go

Forever we know
Forever it shall be
Where the moonflowers grow
Is the place in our hearts we’ll always wish to see
