Where My Soul Lives Poem by Federico del Corazón

Where My Soul Lives

My fingers pierce through my skull
Digging in looking for my soul

Flesh and pain
Is what I see

Pushing in deeper inside of me
Lost and confused
I find no relief

My heart pulsating
Radiating my life

My soul escapes me
Into the night

Lifting me to the skies
Tethered to me
By my faith

I lay there no longer
In disbelief
But in the Spirit of Faith

Now I know where my soul lives
