When Love Is Gone Poem by Sandra Feldman

When Love Is Gone

Rating: 5.0

The good old times,
When Love was young,
Have gone away,
The game is hung,
And winds of frigid loneliness,
Will take the place of your caress.

It's cold within, my sentiment,
You can't buy Love, it can't be lent,
You can't just say you are content,
And empty feelings, circumvent,
For without Love, there's nothing new,
And you become no longer, you.

Hello Mirna, my most faithful reader, thank you for always such kind words. Yes, without Love, I wanted to say that you are no longer even you, not even a person, nothing. Love, in my view completes you as a human being, without it you are nothing and life has no meaning. With love, as you understood, life takes on a beautiful new vision everyday. So yes, Love is a beautiful thing, as you said below. Naturally, this is all my personal opinion. Thanks again for your wonderful comments, SF

What interesting vision of love. It mean, without it you become just you. It really all very dull and emptiness. love brings new all the time. So love is a beautiful thing, no doubt! ! ! Loved it! ! !
