Whatever may come on my way
my heart shall not turned back;
my feet shall not stray from your path.

II have forgotten the name of our God
or spread out my hands to a foreign God,
please forgive mefor this great sin.

It is in fear andintimdation
We look for help and fall into
the hands of a foreign God
or resort to sorcery and magic.

Weshall proclaim in the assembly,
‚You my God is the God ofthe universe
and shall never go away from your presence‘.
