What Is Your Story.... Poem by Rima Sharda

What is your story......
Sometimes I feel what is it that I am running towards
An illusion, a dream or is it someone else's vision board
Am I loosing out on something which is in my own hands 
Trying to catch a delusion in some illusionary land 
What is it, that keeps on asking me to move on
What is it, that whispers in my ears those sweet songs
Songs that tell me, that there's so much more to discover 
Enigmatic benedictions, that wait for me to uncover 
Am I dreamer who is denying the reality in face
Or a believer that there is something more in this case 
At one point in these arguments I feel my energy sapping out
But the next instance my heart chides me and says stand up without doubt
Once again I am all charged up, with a child like delight 
All set to look for something which is still out of my sight 
Each day as I move on, I send up a gratitude prayer
For there is someone who prods me to move on, someone who cares
For on my own I would have given up long time back 
It's my being who gently pushes me and says, you are on track 
I salute him with a smile hurled briskly towards the skies
For I know he watches over me with his vigilant eyes
Is this your story too,  in more than one way 
Then believe me just jog on towards desirous arrays
