What is love?
Is it chemicals or pheromones
Or just an attraction or a bond
I don't know what it might be
This question is bugging me.


Is it an elevated level of trust
or the brain messaging me, just
don't take the wrong lane
You are not in your sane.


Is it to feel safe, with her
life's a piece of cake
Is it to protect, Your loved one in every aspect.


Is it a respect which stays intact
In your heart and mind
A respect of a strange kind.


Whatever love might be It sure isn't easy
What is love?
I am still trying to see.
