What Is Love Poem by Elusive Conclusive

What is love? its just a word, its the feelings you have that are absurd
Love is a mixture of feelings some good some bad, can you really love someone or something you have never had?
The word love is used to often but never really meant, you can use it to describe a sport, hobby or in a message you have just sent
Love can be a drug and keep you high for a day, it can then turn on you and make you regret what you've done or what you say
In an ideal world there would be a happy ending every day, unfortunately this is not true you will know this if you have been betrayed
I want to see the word love and think of all the happy times, with a mixture of emotion its the bad ones I seem to find
Without love would the world be a better place? Or would we all become extinct, wiped off the planet without a trace?
I love many things friends and family I include, but using love as just a word that's what gets me confused
