What Is It To You? Poem by Corvette Nezumi Mikazuki

What Is It To You?

Rating: 0.5

This life I live,
What is it to you?

Am I even a human to you?
Or am I just a toy for you to tinker with?

This pain I endure,
What is it to you?

Am I just another toy for you to tinker with?
Or am I even less than that...?

This trap I'm in,
What is it to you?

Am I the bait to lure the beast?
Or am I the beast?

This monster I command,
What is it to you?

Am I your messenger of fate?
Or am I just your little delivery girl?

Pain and Sorrow are the keys to unleashing the beat within all of us.
We can try to trap him,
But he's too strong...

'I am weak... Take over me, great beast.'
