What I Feel For You... Poem by Shikha Khurana

I don’t know where to start from,
Because it started way too long,
I met a guy, who I thought was very shy,
But, as it started he proved me wrong,
And his support and care made me strong.

I thank the almighty for having made SNAP,
And the scheme which lead to hours and hours of our chit-chat…! !

Slowly and gradually we became friends,
And I felt that I found someone who will stay till the end…! !
But, one day I realized that I feel for him,
And that feeling is a little more than just being friends…! !

So I expressed my feelings,
This made my life thrilling and fulfilling…! !
We fought on the silliest of all the issues,
But, withstood all of them and still our fights continue…! !

Whenever you are around,
I feel the warmth surround,
Whenever you are away,
I feel that I am losing it all the way…! !

Your love makes me feel wanted,
And I know you will never take me for granted,
Your touch makes me shiver,
And I must say when you hug me I do quiver…! !

But that touch, that hug makes me strong,
And I know that I am gonna love you long…! ! !
