What Does She Wait For?
What does she wait for?
Sitting by her window
The sun always sets
Though her chin rests
On the hope she has for tomorrow
What does she wait for?
Crying in her solitude
The tears won't soothe
Yet she still won't move
The moon's tide is her mood
What does she wait for?
Sighing her days away
No one knows
Where she goes
Maybe she'll return someday
