What Di I Know Poem by sam puskar

What do know about the birds i thought
is it worth my time to learn?
About the one i just bought
tonight ill stay up and let the candle burn
Ill read as much as i can, before i fall asleep
hard to stay awake when i lay down
I don't have to lay their counting sheep
i just close my eyes and look like i have a frown
When i awake ill think about what i read
hope i learned something i can use
Maybe tonight ill read in my chair instead of the bed
hope the light beside my chair does not blow the fuse
Probably try both ways
to see which would be the best and maybe try reading during the days
that way i can learn and get my rest
