Wedding Dance Of Love Poem by Steven Polinsky

Wedding Dance Of Love

We waltz on soft flowers
Held up by velvet strings-as the earth spins in restless wandering
Carries on its wind the smell of dew
Present time-present love
In matched crescendo peas- walnuts- doves
The silver tinted eagle soars in ever endless motion
I wish you only puffed clouds-droppings of classical minuet
Dance together- sifting flour- laughing eye- twinkling mind
Tuned
Harmonies in perfect rhythm
Singing we song- lighted flicker- silent kiss
Chimes tonight
