We 'll Nerver Learn Poem by Sandra Feldman

We 'll Nerver Learn

How we stupid humans,
Want to hold on,
To political ideals,
When there are none,
We expect heroes,
Out of political men,
When most don't even have the feathers,
Of an egg-laying hen!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
