War: A Lost Cause Poem by Quintin Bouillon

War: A Lost Cause

The purpose of war is nonexistent
But to simply hold back the inevitable.
The world will always be in disagreement,
Always in conflict, always in pain.
There is no need for war in the world
It only induces pain on the world
Like a drug to stall a fatal disease,
Holding it off, but not stopping it from happening.
