Wake Up My Beautiful Poem by Michael Sisemore

Wake Up My Beautiful

Rating: 4.0

Come back to me
Please heart, start to beat
This is all my fault
Come back!

Don’t leave me
Don’t you dare
Without you… I’m blue

I should of kept my eyes straight
Shouldn’t of look
To see your beautiful face
As we drove head first

Tears slide down my face
Mouth to mouth
Blood run down our faces
Heart… where’s the beat

Where is your lifelines
All I see is blankness
How did we got here?
Your not moving…

CPR I tired
So many times
Heart, please start to beat!

I’m bleeding
But all I can do
Is try and save you
Mouth to mouth
There is no use

Raise my gentle hand
To close your eyes, in your everlasting dream
For the light is coming
To take you away
The angel of death
