Waiting For The Priceless Reward Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Waiting For The Priceless Reward

L-ight in the sky shines,
O-n February twenty-sixth day;
R-ain and chill have passed by,
N-ight shadows fade
A-way.

D-awn is now shining, as the sun slowly rises up;
E-arly breeze brings joy which nothing can really stop.

L-ook at the rainbow,
E-ach color is amazing;
O-range, yellow and green,
N-ice to have a fine feeling.

A-nother day has broken,
V-ile weather is over;
E-vening mist and haze
L-et the wind clear the air.
L-et me write an acrostic,
A-llow me to get it done;
N-ice piece shall bring to you
E-ither laughter or fun.
D-edicate this verse to you, sealed with a warm regard;
A-iming to inspire your heart in waiting for the priceless reward.
