Waiting Poem by Ronald Chapman

Waiting

Waiting for you in the bright moonlight,

Some nights I don't want to do anything;

I don't want to leave you,
I don't want to miss you,
I don't want to fall asleep,

I never get tired of waiting for you,

I'm afraid to close my eyes,

Waiting for you in the bright moonlight,
Oh, my love,
I can't forget you.
