Waiting

It seems
I am waiting again
Like last time
Waiting for you to come
I don’t sit
But I stand
Staring out my window
Watching the moon hides herself behind the clouds
As you are trying to hide from me

The candles are melting
With barely little light
Like my hope inside
Pitch black gets darker
Can I hold much longer?
Through thin and thicker?

But
I am still waiting
Like last time
Waiting for you to come
I don’t sit
But I stand
Staring out my window
Wondering about the moon and you

The candles are melting
With barely little light
Like my hope inside
Pitch black gets darker
Can I hold much longer?
Through thin and thicker?
