Wait To Rain Poem by Engin Kavrak

Wait To Rain

Rating: 5.0

When wherever I pass
As the sunrise sets
Invokes within my soul
As I slow my steps
Echoes the pure and pangs
Shivers lightning then bangs
Whispers my heart and grabs
Tinkers my mind and traps
Shatters stars I broke the glass
Write my hand I cannot wait
Hold my halt I am already held
Was that a smile I just felt
Sneaks my shadow with light or night
Snakes the hissing in the dark
Kneel my knees from the chain
Cheeky check of the chill of vain
Save my neck of the wrapping bane
I will rise to wait to rain
And to form a frozen touch
At wide spread on my currents indulge
For within the snow there is a melody
A desire to form back to faded memory
Frozen lakes become the mirrors of the sky
Untainted reality is a thousand beautiful cry
And at the gates of grand corona
Resting by the mirage oceans
The flow of the everlasting fire
Melting at the caress of a lunar dress
To uphold a love within
A cresent fire to lick the lush
The stone as hard but in blush
The very spin at the edge crush
To write a melody within your spine
To lift the stone of crime
The very spring from your mouth grow
And the twinkle fire upon your gaze
As I stroll your everlasting maze
To tinker with your winds as they pass
The very fresh heart of mine bless
And alive the flame a new dawn's caress
The very stone with waters cracks
At the tip of the horizon spin
Above the creation in green
From the corona a fireball sunder
Melt in ice a thunder bolt flash
By the horizon the clouds in gray
Through the found haste in fatality
The neverending hunger in stay
The electrical lecturing shudder of alacrity
My wings are ready through the winds
Thus in shape the blue the lifty bliss
Thus in take the flow with the sparky tips
Lusty shudder of my beak screams
