Wait Poem by pallvi sharma

I was confused and my mind wasn't clear,
my soul was preoccupied with strange fears
but now I have decided to wait.........
for how long?
For a week, a month, or for years? I don’t care,
because I don't have any choice to make.
I know what I want and my faith isn't fake.
All these acts are simply for my sake.....
This is the share i got from life's cake.
I don't have anything else to ask for,
this is just the path I have to pass from.
People think its a difficult decision to take,
but am ready to take this sweet pain...
because it keeps me close to you.
I know I can manage the cover of smile to hide the pain,
don't know for who's gain....
but I know its never too late....
so I have decided to wait for now and ever!
I will wait......
