Virtual Friends Poem by Dr Dillip K Swain

Virtual Friends

Rating: 5.0

We have never seen
Each other before
We have never been
Co-passengers
Sitting adjacent in
A journey by
Aircraft nor by a train
We are placed apart
Joined by divine cement
Through some eternal art

Exchange of messages
And a brief interaction
Creates a virtual union
In the cloud
Taking us all in its fold

What we gain are things untold
The value of it can't be told

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

2) We enjoy the poems of Valmiki, Vyasa and Homer, Kaalidasa and Tagore and Wordsworth. When we watch them, when we read them, we live their life, at least in part, in our own way. You touched my heart Dillipji. Congratulations. Top score and MyFavouritePoems
