if it were up to you
i'd be in my bed crying,
but because i'm happy,
inside you're dying,
after all the things you put me
through i'm finally getting over you,
i've met someone new,
he says he loves me too,
i've learnt to trust again,
i can now dance in the rain,
i used to sit and cry,
i used to want to die,
i now love life,
please step away from that knife,
you're not my problem anymore,
now you're just a bore,
you're not the one that i adore,
you sit and cry all day,
wishing life will go away,
i wanna care,
but you're like a bear,
whenever i get close to you,
you just push me away,
why wont you let me care,
you just stare,
what did i ever do to you,
i only ever loved you,
you say you'll bash anyone that
hurts me,
what happens when you're the one hurting me....?
