Untold Thoughts Poem by Ryan T. Ventresco

Untold Thoughts

So you think i'm that
of what your mind cant see
thoughts twisted in whats untold
these cards i just wont fold

Yea I guess i can make a rhyme
even if thats against who i am
who do i prove what is right
because ill tell them off politely

Politely and Politics isnt that an oxy moron
fakeness fills the mold of never knowing
paper is more important then love
a dreamers dream slowly dies

Are you able to keep up
or does my thoughts confuse you
Poems for dummies, next years big seller
Another idea procrastinated

So sharing a blanket on a rainy day
Brightness fills my face
butterflies migrate from the sky to my stomach
maybe people should focus on things so small

I didnt write because of insecurities
I wasted my passion for to long
the best lesson you taught me so far
Is its never to late to be happy
