Uninfluential People Are Passing Away Each Day

uninfluential people are passing away each day

they dont make the parade of the year end newsreels

of who we lost this year

though the we is problematic

sitting at home the viewer actually lost relatives

that's who THEY lost, close friends, sometimes children.

but we sit and watch the shipwreck of the famous

as if it mattered to us more for sure the

networks think it matters more.

the death of the influencers.

we who influence nothing can pass with no fanfare

even the fans.
