One can control mad elephant,
It is rightly said by the poet
But one cannot control
Uncontrollable wife.
One can shut the mouth of the bear,
It is rightly said by the poet
But one cannot say shut up
To his own wife.
One can ride the lion
And one can play with the cobra
It is rightly said by the poet
but one can neither ride
Nor play with his own wife.
Remember, wife is more dangerous
Than the tide-water and the forest-fire,
And still we honor her better half.
