How far will you go with this war
how long will people lose their lives?
how many more cities will be ruined
how many more buildings will be burnt?
When will Ukraine stop the cry of the mourners
when will unity return to their families?
how many more will the soldiers kill
how many more people will die innocently?
Has life no value and respect
has a country no dignity and esteem?
how long will people run and avoid horror?
how long will refugees look for shelter?
When will the hour of terror turn its clock
when will peace re-gift to Ukraine its blessing?
have eyes turned its pupils away from mercy
has world forgotten the country of sufferings?
Will truth ever go and bring back the past glory
will Ukrainians get together and regain their vivacity?
will children ever get back to their schools and books
will time ever bring back those lost days of harmony?
