Two Hearts Fused As One Poem by David Harris

Two Hearts Fused As One

Rating: 5.0

When reality becomes stranger than fiction
two hearts marinate in the joy
of bonds formed unbreakable
under any tempest storm.
No dark clouds of threatening thunder
can break the chains that bind
two hearts fused as one.
No forward path are ever easy
obstacles always have to be overcome.
Joys may elate everything
with no remorse for what has gone.
The bonds once formed can
withhold the strains of pain
and the tears that fall like rain.
There are no weak links where fragility may snap
under pressures yet unseen.
Two hearts fused as one
can feel not subterfuge
of outside influences to grasp hold.
They remain tightly knitted
through the years that turn young to old.

Lovely poem David. I know exactly wher you come from with this. It is the road of life that binds to hearts together, and the toils and challenges and experiences that make them beat as one. Much enjoyed Best Steve
