What is there to gain
when everything is going wrong
How can one stand strong
when hope doesn't last long
The world just don't know
how hard one life can be
everyone has their own problems
but the worst surrounds me
I haven't been through it all
but hard times is all I see
Im just one person trying to make it
and all I have is dreams
When nothing is going right
and my mind is filled with stress
I hold my pillow tight and I dream of the best
But at times that's hard to do
when my eyes are soaked with tears

I try to lift my head high
But hard ace comes so quick
then my smile fades to sigh
Holding in so much pain

But giving up on my life
is what I know I shouldn't do
