Truth Inside Us Poem by Somendra Gaur

Truth Inside Us

Rating: 5.0

A broken star,
Which can fullfill your wishes
But can't stopover,
Sojourn;
Like,
The Last page of the chapter named apocalypse,
Hardline and knuckled down,
Not eye-catching;

Yearning for the ugliest &
the unacceptable truth,
High on himself,
Surfing on the high tide,
Humming his own music;
With no hue or cry
Once bitten twice shy,

Unkissing the yellow brick road,
Bruised by her scars,
Shooting away from the Stars,
Falling;
Resting on her window pane,
Stitching his emotions a membrane;

Facing the truth,
Unloving himself,
He fades away.
