True Heroes Poem by Mitra Das

Salute to our great soldiers,
Everything they sacrifice to keep us safe,
As behind the hive, honey is saved.
Their lives are very strict,
What happens next, they cannot predict.
Pay thanks our solders for what they do,
They always try to protect me & you.
Their job is not only 40 hours a week,
A soldier is always a soldier,
Even while he sleeps.
Let's try for finding solution,
Choose non-violent revolution.
We should fight for peace instead,
Love, not war, we should spread.
